Bay Cities took care of my little dog for most of her 15 years of life. I always found Dr. Dhawan and her staff helpful and caring. When my dog's health failed and she couldn't be saved, they even made her last moments easy for her and me. I am grateful.
My kitty has been given wonderful care, and more complete communication of what is wrong with my cat from Dr. Dhawan than I have ever received elsewhere. Dr. Dhawan loves her little patients and treats them with loving care.
The best in the area. The vet here is terrific as is her staff. I've been bringing all my dogs here for years. They are professional , care for my pets and look out for my pocketbook. If they can save me money running tests if I need to take my dog to a specialist,they will do that. They are not afraid to recommend a specialist, as they did for my blind dog and my dog that had a brain tumor. But they do follow up on the care. And call to see how my dog is doing. The staff at Bay Cities, Cellu and Bobby and the desk staff, have always been very professional, courteous and compassionate with all of our vet needs for our 4 pets. Not only are they very good at the actual medical treatment of my animals, they are very good at keeping me up to date with notes and calls for scheduled and regular check-ups, and vaccinations. I know my pets are in the best of hands when I take them there. I highly recommend them for all of your pet vet needs. Once you try them, you will too.
They really are so wonderful here. Have taken great care of any and all of my doggie disasters the past year and a half. And a feral kitten I found lol. Happy to find a veterinarian that is so wonderful :)
We have brought our animals here for over 20 years. I think the doctor does a good job and I love how her assistant is so calming with our animals. we will continue to bring our babies here!
Loved the dr. There. She was caring and wasn't trying to bilk me for money. My dog usually doesn't like strangers but he didn't even growl with them. I did have his muzzle on but that usually doesn't stop him from growling. Considering he was in a lot of pain from a leg injury ... He allowed for a physical exam. I will go back!
I've never had any problems with staff or service.
my semi-feral cat that i feed everyday in my back yard was missing for a few days. i went searching and found him with one eye infected shut, a swollen face and too weak to resist capture. i was taking him to VCA animal hospital on lewelling. got to lewellng, saw a vet hospital sign, parked and took my cat in. explained my problem to receptionist katie and sat down. hark! i was at the wrong vet, it was bay cities and not vca. anyway, i continued and the vet and her assistant took care of business. she explained everything to... read more
