We've been taking our dog to Bay Cities Animal Hospital for 2 years now, and our second dog has recently become a patient. My doggos are in good hands here! We been through surgeries, routine care, bladder infections -- you name it. Everything has gone smooth, the prices are reasonable, and our dogs are in good health! We actually drive quite a ways to come here now, but we can't find any comparable vets closer to home. Thanks!
I had an abandoned kitten that was very ill. I was very stressed and did not know what to do. After calling Bay Cities Animal Hospital, I received great customer service and was able to bring the kitten in right away. The facility was very, very clean! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They treated the kitten like it was their own, I received more info to help me care for the kitten and I was very pleased with their services!
What a great group of people you can't beat the service and care. I have been going to them for going on 3 years. I have sent friends and family to see the doctor and staff. The best all I can say.. I drive over 20 miles to get there and pass at least 10 pet hospitals. Thanks To All of you at Bay Cities Animal Hospital.
Yes ! I will recommend this vet anytime someone asks Bay Cities animal hospital ! D.V.M Cellu Dhawan is by far my favorite Dr. ! She is very sweet and really shows she's cares We started seeing her about 12 years ago ! She very reasonable! And reception well ....she is very pretty and knows her stuff
They were very nice and competent with me when i went in for advice about my sick cat.
