Great veterinarian! The people really care about the animals, you get great service and they go the extra mile. Plus, their prices are very affordable - much less than most other vets.
This experience was great even though I had to put my dog down last week they treated my dog with respect and made this difficult thing a little more bearable for me. They are professional as well as kind and very friendly.
I knew this is long over due, but I would like to thank the both of you for all your honesty, I don't feel like just another customer, I feel that you guys are really sincere, professional and honest. Everything was greatly appreciated and hard to find. You are the Best!!!

I am definitely a fan of Bay Cities. Their prices are very reasonable and Dr. Dhawan is knowledgeable/ Dr. Dhawan is always present the information that you need and present all options available to you. I always walk out feeling that I have made the best decision for my pets that I love dearly.
My first visit to this vet who wanted to do a nose biopsy on my Sheltie. Well proved to be worth it. My Sheltie was found to have an autoimmune disease and responded very well to the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Dhawan and Bay Cities Animal Hospital.
My family and I swear by this place. We have been coming here for years for all of our cats and dogs medical care. We find the staff very caring about our pets. They are treated gently TLC during examinations or treatments. The staff is very knowledgeable and explain precisely any conditions found and the treatments necessary.
