TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ********************** SALE. THERE WAS NO SHIPPING ON MY ORDER WHICH I ORDERED ALOT BUT 2 OF THE CANDLES DIDN'T COME IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT. GOT THE OTHER 2 A FEW DAYS LATER AND NOW THEY CHARGED ME SHIPPING. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EVER GET YOU TO TALK TO A PERSON THEY KEEP SAYING THERE BUSY, TRY AGAIN LATER. I HAVE TRIED FOR 2 DAYS NOW AND NO PERSON TO TALK TO.

Unbelievably BAD customer service. Ordered the but 2 get one free event, the site took my car info then told me an item was out of stock but processed my order without choosing another free item THEN I was charged for everything INCLUDING the stuff that was supposed to be free.. THEN only one thing was delivered out of 15, even though the site said everything was delivered. 4 customer service reps later.. I FINALLY get my stuff.. body spray missing a cap, and there was a wall oil sent that I didnt even order leaking all over... read more

I am a former employee and huge fan of Bath and Body Works. This year, I was not able to go into a store for candle day. I waited online and was finally able to gain access. I ordered 13 candles and also had a 20% coupon. I entered the coupon where it says only one promo code can be used and processed the order. When I look back on the order, it gave me 20% off of the original price of $25.50 for $20.40 a candle! Order #: ending in 398 I placed a order on 11/25 for 24 items summing up to 109 and change. On 11/29 I received an email confirming my order was shipped. I then received tracking for all my items but 1 lotion and another email stating an item was out of stock. My expected delivery date was for Dec.2-7th. I received emails for me to rate my order ,etc. On the 7th I received an email stating my order is delayed wait 3 days the carrier(Lasership) is having delays. I participated in the 3 wick candle sale on 12/3/2021 and waited in a virtual line for 20 minutes before I was able to shop on line. *** shopping experience was awful because I would put a candle in my cart and then when I went to cash out **** minutes later it was removed from my cart because it was sold out. I actually called customer service who attempted to help me and the same thing happened to her. Placed an order on 12/03/2021. First, there were no in store pickup options available in my area, and Bath & Body Works still added a shipping fee. I have not received any updates or notifications from them while my order sat in limbo with an estimated delivery date between Dec 8 and 15. The amount due has set in "pending" in my online statement until this morning. Sometime last night, it fell off my statement. I cannot contact them. My wife and I think that their products are great! They sent my wife a message about a promotion for December 8th 2021. This promotion was for 1 wick candle for $6.50. We sat up waiting to order. She tried to order at ***** pm. It said it was 2 for $20. False advertising!

I placed an order a week ago. Never got a confirmation, but my card was charger TWICE. I chatted online with a rep who couldnt find the order. They suggested that I wait because it can take a while for the confirmation to happen. Fast forward a week. The charges arent showing on my card, so I guess they just cancelled my order without notice. A few years ago they sent my order to *****. I live in Georgia. I want to share my experience with two companies, Bath and Body Works (BBW) and Lasership. I placed an online order in the early part of middle November from Bath and Body Works in order to (hopefully) beat some of the holiday shipping, especially since its known the mail will be grindingly slow this season. They confirmed my order and shipped the order to Lasership that day. Over 10 days passed and Lasership proclaimed they still didnt receive the package.
