Ordered Online and received a shipping on confirmation on 6/22/2021. Never received a thing. Email Heard nothing back. FINALLY got through to customer service and my package was damaged and NEVER got a email which service agent confirmed! She was very NICE. However, informed only one my items was still in stock and that i could get a new stock but WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERNCE. I noticed how most all of the Bath & Body Works candles state "Made in ******" on the bottom, but when I spoke to several employees, none were even aware of this and one even stated that they are not made in ******. To date, I have only been able to confirm distribution warehouse addresses but no factories.

Charged me, confirmed my order, only sending part of my order. Never told me anything was cancelled until I reached out to them myself. Told me that they put you on a waitlist for a few days after they collect your money and if no shipments arrive they will refund you. That’s horribly dishonest. I have loyally shopped this brand but no longer will. They told me they will honor the sale price if I place another order at full price and they will refund part of it while I’m still waiting on the other refund from them? They curr... read more

Need to improve online customer service training. A customer rep was unwilling to assist with my order and hang up the phone on me. Not what customers want to experience. Will not order again.

I am extremely disappointed in how their customer service has been as of yet. Ordered wallflower refills.. items came broken and defective and I gave them benefit of the doubt (although this isn't the first time I've received damaged products). When asked for a replacement, they ended up mailing the items to the wrong address, after being placed 1 hour on hold AND hanging up on me mid phone-call. i have ordered something last week & it shipped on Friday. they will not tell me where my order is. the tracking number doesn’t even work, cause whenever i input the tracking in all shipping companies , it says “not found” they say, Landmark Global is going to ship my order . i have been lied to many many times . someone even told me my package is suppose to come today. it didn’t then was told it’s not coming until next week. i think they have lost my order & don’t want to tell me. where is my package . tell me where it is ,... read more

I no longer support this business...yet; I continually receive postal mailings from them. It has my correct address - but the name is not mine! I don't know who this person is - this person never lived at my address! My address is and has always been under my mother and aunt names (both deceased). In addition to that, despite the unsubscribe email removal - they will still pop up out of nowhere to send me marketing info. Today, I got an email from them in my icloud address.
