I received 1 candle belonging to someone else via *** today. I called customer service and was told I'd receive 2 emails with my order details. I've only received 1 email and it doesnt match what I ordered. I paid $57 and some odd change for my order. I'm curious what's going on and I'm also concerned that my phone number and address may be on a packing slip, sent to the wrong address, as the one I received today in my box had someone else's info, including the last 4 of their credit card on it. Very bad false advertising I placed an order online for 13 3 wick candles that were $6.37 said in stock so I ordered them paid then they canceled 9 of the candles saying they dont have them in stock I am very mad I spend a lot of money with bath and body works I will not be ordering agin scam just to take my money and not get what I paid for terrible
I purchased a candle from there & when I came home I lit the candle & could not smell anything so the next day I lit it again & same thing, nothing!. Bath and Body Works have some great sales during the year but hugely disappointed to find that not all stores acknowledge the points system so I am forced to order online. If I'm lucky and the stock is in I can go home place the order and drive back down to a local store (40 minutes one way) to pick it up. So ridiculous of an extra effort. But, if not in stock I have to order online to use the points credit and pay $5,99 for shipping. I placed an order cyber Monday 11/29 with an estimated delivery date of 12/3 - 12/9. Its now 12/20 and I still have not received anything. New estimated delivery date is 12/22 with a delay of 1-3 days yeah obviously its cyber Monday so those were Xmas gifts. I will never order with *********** again. I get some delay it happens. This is absolutely ridiculous at nearly a month later and you may or may not get your Christmas gifts.

I ordered on 11/25/21 for Black Friday ordered 18 items. I received and email that my order was placed. Nothing to follow though. So I called 2nd weekend of December my package was estimated to arrive on that Monday 12/13 and the customer service member I spoke with said if I dont get it on Monday then to call and ask for product to reship as it appears it has been lost in transit.
