I went to my usual location and everything was horrible. I felt profiled the entire time and left unsatisfied with my shopping experience. I had items to exchange and return, so an associate asked if they could hold my bag at the register (which I thought was great). Until I realized they were profiling me and assumed I would be using my bag to boost products. I went into the *****, ** location and had a very bad experience with one of your employees. I was returning a gift I received with a receipt and wanted to use the funds towards a new purchase. The employee refused to do the exchange and instead returned the funds back to the credit card of person who gave me the gift. I didnt want that to happen so then I asked the employee to cancel the return which she refused. Employee needs coaching from manager and was extremely unhelpful and rude. I had a 30 % off coupon and I showed the clerk at the Bath and Body store in ********* .She refused to take the 30% off my order. I then called Bath and Body complaint department and they said call back on Monday because the complaint line was busy. So,I called on Monday and told the *********** of this issue. Ordered a few sprays online and 2 of them came broken! i am very upset. I tried putting the spray cap back on and it just wont fix! i cant even use them! horrible!

Dear black and ***** people, be careful when visiting the ********* ** location. Its reeks of racism. My daughter and I order about 30 candle and we tried to exchange 6. The manager ********* would not allow us to exchange but only offered a gift card arguing that the policy will be changing soon. She ended up calling the police on us while we patiently waited for customer relation to resolve the issue by phone. Rude ******** Service Agent. I placed an order on 6/18/2022. On 6/21, I received a partial order. On 6/23, I received an email with a tracking number for the rest of my order. By 7/1 I had not received it and called. The rep I spoke to was very polite and informed me she was sending an email to the warehouse to send the missing items and I should receive them by 7/7. I have made 3 separate phone calls to get my order right, they provided a partial refund, then another refund, and they were about to keep my money for shipping costs that i had nothing to do with so i had to make yet another phone call. They issued a coupon as a form of "good customer service" after messing up 3 times...and guess what the COUPON DOESNT EVEN WORK. I let customer service know of this.. and they just let me know that i need to "type it in right"....FYI it was right, the coupon itself isnt even valid. thank you... read more

Received someone else's order form with all of their information in my package rather than my own. When I reported it I was told this would not happen because they are very careful. When asking for an email to voice my complaints, I was told they couldn't give me one. Also one of the things I ordered was broken, due to the fact everything was just thrown into the box with no protection and the box was ripped apart at one end.
