At the **************** location, I was doing an exchange, which was fine, but then a coworker came to the register while the cashier was finalizing my transaction and then complained loudly about her mask, then lifted it down and started blowing hot air in my face. She could have had the decency to turn around to catch her breath. And then she just threw away my wallflower in the trash. She could have at least waited until I left to damage it or put in the back trash. Made me feel so stupid for exchanging a defective item
Placed an order on 8/21/2021. I did not receive an email regarding my shipping until 8/26/2021 stating my order was in progres. Then at 1 am, I receive an email that Newgistics was sorry they missed me & that they would try to deliver my package again. This time, the email had the tracking number. I tracked it & find out my package is now awaiting for ME to pick up at the post office. Apparently I made that request, which I did not. Confused now. I have never shopped at this store yet I am repeatedly added to their email list. I constantly click "unsubscribe" and sometimes it works temporarily.. but I am always re-added. And they send so many emails. I talked to customer service and begged them to add me to a permanent removal list and they said they would. It worked for a month...and what do you know I am back on this list once again. I hate it so much.
Happy with the selection. Happy with the prices. But the checkout was absolutely HORRIBLE!I tried to checkout using PayPal, as I don't like putting my credit card number online. It threw me into an endless loop and kept bringing me back to the PayPal website and then back to B&BW, forcing me to finally use my credit card if I wanted the products. Said they sent coupons in the mail, never arrived. Tried to use app coupons, was told they had already been redeemed. Not happy, deleted their app

The company has proven numerous times they want 100% customer satisfaction from a delayed order to duplicating the order so I got one whole order free, and a package to a product was damaged not the product and sending me new wallflower refill. Daily promotions emails are nothing but a scam!Don't waste your time trying to buy that 75% off discounted items because you will get the message either - Sorry! This item is out of stock online and unavailable for pickup. Please check another store or remove the item before checkout or -You've reached the order limit for this item or our stock is low. Item(s) have not been added to cart.What a waste of time! why is your website not updating automatically and taking these items out unless if you are doing it intentionally?
