Bath and Body’s customer service is horrendous and their package tracking is non-existent. This is the third time in two years that this organization has connected us to someone offshore with waits for up to an hour to simply find out where our package is or why the package was damaged in shipment. We have been advised 5 times in 5 days that this latest package was coming on five different dates. When we requested a credit for their “lost” package, they demanded that we now wait until 1/4 and start this process all over. The... read more

I placed an order online on 12/4/20. I still had not received my order by 12/17/20. I called Bath and Body works customer service and they told me they were re-shipping my order and that it would arrive in 4-6 days. It never did. I called back on 12/28 and they said that the re-order placed on 12/17 never processed. They once again said they would re-ship my order and over night it. I wish I could give less stars. I wait all year for candle day and decided to try online instead of in store, due to pandemic and safety/health concerns. Still nothing. From 12/4/2020. Apparently, I am a victim of the LaserShip debacle, as well. After repeated complaints and messages to CEO and COO, I finally got a response from customer service. They're refunding my $$ (we will see) and they invited me to replace my order and wait for another shipment to hopefully arrive in 10 business days. Just no. I have been a 15+ year ... read more

Highly upset at how everything is being handle I understand the high volume for shipping but I Placed an order on 12/04 for my candles it’s now 12/20 and I still haven’t received that order and half of the candles on the order that I placed were cancelled yet they were in stock online 2 days later at full price. Highly disappointed i’ve been a rewards member now for a while and have spent a ton of money with this company in the last two years I would just like my money back for my online order.

I’d like to put in a complaint about one of your store managers in *********, MA. My sister in-law and I waited 30 minutes to go in the store. I understand the reason why obviously due to COVID you’re only allowing a certain number of customers in the store at a time. The fact that we waited in lone that long only to be humiliated by one of your managers is unacceptable. While at the register, I presented a coupon which was given to me by my sister in-law. I wish I could give a ZERO!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service I purchased items on November 26th. I received and email on Dec 1st that I would receive the items dec 9-10. It is now December 15th and the last shipping update I received was the items went to St. Louis/O’Fallon then back to Indiana where is was shipped from and the last update was December 10th. I have purchased from this company for several years with no problems. This last experience has been horrific. I placed two orders on 12/4/2020. One was for $28.03 which was for two candles. One of those candles was out of stock after the purchase was made, yet I never received any type of refund for it. Then today (12/14/2020) I was charged $17.26 for that order. I had, without a doubt, the worst customer service with them regarding a recent transaction. I bought 5 candles and 3 body care items on candle day and still have yet to receive them. I was told to expect them 12/9. When they did not show up 12/9, the date was 12/10. When they did not show up 12/10, it was 12/11 and so forth (each time advancing one day) until yesterday (12/13) when I sent a follow up message to both them as well as the shipping service asking for an update.
