Charged me, confirmed my order, only sending part of my order. Never told me anything was cancelled until I reached out to them myself. Told me that they put you on a waitlist for a few days after they collect your money and if no shipments arrive they will refund you. That’s horribly dishonest. I have loyally shopped this brand but no longer will. Need to improve online customer service training. A customer rep was unwilling to assist with my order and hang up the phone on me. Not what customers want to experience. Will not order again.

I am extremely disappointed in how their customer service has been as of yet. Ordered wallflower refills.. items came broken and defective and I gave them benefit of the doubt (although this isn't the first time I've received damaged products). When asked for a replacement, they ended up mailing the items to the wrong address, after being placed 1 hour on hold AND hanging up on me mid phone-call. i have ordered something last week & it shipped on Friday. they will not tell me where my order is. the tracking number doesn’t even work, cause whenever i input the tracking in all shipping companies , it says “not found” they say, Landmark Global is going to ship my order . i have been lied to many many times . someone even told me my package is suppose to come today. it didn’t then was told it’s not coming until next week. i think they have lost my order & don’t want to tell me. where is my package . tell me where it is ,... read more

I no longer support this business...yet; I continually receive postal mailings from them. It has my correct address - but the name is not mine! I don't know who this person is - this person never lived at my address! My address is and has always been under my mother and aunt names (both deceased). In addition to that, despite the unsubscribe email removal - they will still pop up out of nowhere to send me marketing info. Today, I got an email from them in my icloud address. I’ve always had good customer service through the years… until recently. I stopped at a store that supposedly didn’t have the reward program (Store in the Crossings Mall in PA). The woman behind the counter told me that I couldn’t even use my free product coupon. I was a bit stunned, and was about to say never mind and walk out with nothing. During the candle sale in December I received 4 broken candles. Tried to have them refund or return the reps system was crashing so couldn’t process it at that time. It’s during covid so I think I was not able to bring it in store to exchange but I told her I was worried I won’t be able to return it after a duration of time. She told me it was no problem she will write in the notes and they will refund me. I visited the Towne east location in Wichita, KS. Was greeted with you must use their hand sanitizer before you can enter. They did not require masks though. I decided to skip out and not go in because I'm allergic to certain types of lotions and sanitizers that are scented and being forced to use them when I don't know what's in them can break me out.
