The Bath & Body Work Online Store is the worst. Delivered to me in a flimsy box were a number of busted up bottles of hand soap. I had the box of product returned and three weeks later after the box had been returned and received, I have not received any refund. I am so upset with Bath & Body Works, I think my shopping days with them are over. Online Buyer, please trust me and do not purchase online. My daughters and I are loyal customers of B&B Works, but I will NEVER order from them online again!!! They are THIEVES!!!! The package came opened with tire marks all over it! Most of my products were missing and what was still in the box was destroyed! I can't believe their delivery person would actually deliver a box so destroyed and opened!!! I went to the Galleria Two 5058 Westheimer Houston, TX location 8/27/20 Store *****. For a specific purchase. The 5 for $8.00 (10 oz core hand sanitizer) and 5 hand sanitizer cases. First I want to say I have been a very long time customer of Bath and Body Works. And second, I have spent an enormous amount of money in their stores. I would always shop at their stores until Covid 19 and we had no choice but to order online. And that's when it all began. The Wallflowers I were receiving didn't work. I use to walk into my bathroom and it always smelt like a Gardenia bush was in there. Once I started using the online ordered one, I know longer could smell them. I have ordered several times from bath and body works online and I either never received my package or it’s delayed in shipping. Last time I called to complain the lady I spoke to was so rude! I love the products but their shipping and customer service is lousy!

I will not be ordering from Bath and Body Works anymore. I always have the products in my home for many years. I went to place an order (no warehouses in Canada, so have to order from US), and was promised 20% off, in which the code was to be emailed to me. The special I wanted to order was limited. I waited, and went ahead and ordered 3 different orders. I did not receive my email with the 20% off code. I look forward to Bath & Body Works sales 2x a year. So when their summer sale came around I couldn't wait to start my X-mas shopping; boy was I disappointed. Not only was their "sale" a joke, but what I did order only part of it ever arrived. This happened twice and with the same product-their hand creme in a tube. I normally spend approximately $80+ during their summer and winter sale's, but this current "sale"-and I use the term loosely-was bad. I am a loyal customer of Bath and Body Works. I placed an order from on 5/4/2020. I received a notice that my order was delivered but I had not received it. I called customer service on 5/26/20 and explained that I had not received it. Customer Service placed an order for the replacement. On 5/27/2020 I received the 1st order the next day and immediately check to see if the replacement order was shipped, it was not. Not sure this helps - didn't realize this company was rated so low. Even so, during this pandemic Bath and Body Works refuses to exchange a product purchased online outside the store. Not quite sure how they can send me one product when I purchased a different one and they refuse to exchange. Needless to say I won't be purchasing online again.
