Highly upset at how everything is being handle I understand the high volume for shipping but I Placed an order on 12/04 for my candles it’s now 12/20 and I still haven’t received that order and half of the candles on the order that I placed were cancelled yet they were in stock online 2 days later at full price. Highly disappointed i’ve been a rewards member now for a while and have spent a ton of money with this company in the last two years I would just like my money back for my online order.
I’d like to put in a complaint about one of your store managers in *********, MA. My sister in-law and I waited 30 minutes to go in the store. I understand the reason why obviously due to COVID you’re only allowing a certain number of customers in the store at a time. I wish I could give a ZERO!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service I purchased items on November 26th. I received and email on Dec 1st that I would receive the items dec 9-10. It is now December 15th and the last shipping update I received was the items went to St. Louis/O’Fallon then back to Indiana where is was shipped from and the last update was December 10th. I have purchased from this company for several years with no problems. This last experience has been horrific. I placed two orders on 12/4/2020. One was for $28.03 which was for two candles. One of those candles was out of stock after the purchase was made, yet I never received any type of refund for it. Then today (12/14/2020) I was charged $17.26 for that order. The debited my account twice seven days apart and told me I have up to 21 days for them to correct THEIR mistake
I had, without a doubt, the worst customer service with them regarding a recent transaction. I bought 5 candles and 3 body care items on candle day and still have yet to receive them. I was told to expect them 12/9. When they did not show up 12/9, the date was 12/10. When they did not show up 12/10, it was 12/11 and so forth (each time advancing one day) until yesterday (12/13) when I sent a follow up message to both them as well as the shipping service asking for an update. I have spent the better part of today trying to resolve an issue and find myself very sad, disappointed, and frustrated. i am a fan of Bath and Body Works so extra disappointed. I placed two orders online during the BOGO for three wick candles event. The next day one of my orders was canceled without a reason. The first order appeared to have shipped the next day with a UPS tracking number. However, 12 days later UPS was still waiting for the package. When I called contacted customer service I was told to keep waiting which I found unacceptable. I was told that my order could not be reshipped because there are no candles left. My wife made an online order for 6 3 mick candles everything was nice after the confirmation email then for no reason they cancel one of tje candles today when they send me a shipping confirmation email another candle was cancel for no aparent reason Shame on you and your polotocs in cancelations BBW can cancel items but ypu can't
