I Placed an order on June 15th . A shipping label was created on June 19th and the estimated delivery was June 29th . After June 29th passed it says a date will be provided when shipment reaches fed ex center .I called custom service and was told to keep waiting it could take 15 business days to ship out . It still has not shipped and today is July 13th.
P er the past 10 years i have being buying from them and never received coupons. I have signed up called...did everything i could to be sent coupons a d still nothing. When i call to complain they tell me to signup or update my information. I've done all of that multiple times and still nothing. I see people in the stores with 50 percent off or good coupons but for some reason they can't send me any.
