I purchased a car fragrance vent clip and some refills. I used one and less than a month later I noticed it had leak and damage my panel, some buttons are stuck, n looks like the paint melted. I haven't looked into the damage about but I'm sure it won't be cheap. There is no ingredients, or warnings. Hope people read this and avoid purchasing them.

Oh man. So as much as I love the products, they have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to shipping. My order was placed coming up to a month ago. Already contacted customer service and as nice as they were, I really had no answers. Still waiting. And the shipping fee? That’s a joke! There’s so reason to pay for shipping when 1. It takes so long 2. It’s unable to be tracked. Maybe do curbside pickup? Or at least drop the shipping fee. Very frustrated!

Their 10 off purchases coupon for signing up is a lie to get you to sign up I signed up and never got the email just one saying welcome to the club not that I am getting 10 off and I went to the store and they told me the same thing that they can't give me it which is redicilous

Placed a order on December 28 received email my order shipped. Called customer service numerous times. Was hung up on multiple times. Finally talked to someone Monday the 18 and said I will get refund. Still nothing.

I purchased 2 gifts cards online from Bath and Bodyworks. My friends never received their gifts cards. After 3 attempts one of the cards was delivered but after 5 attempts the 2nd gift card still was not sent. After 10 phone calls to customer service I waited almost a month for the refund for the second gift card and still never received my refund. This company is terrible with online purchases.

Bath and Body’s customer service is horrendous and their package tracking is non-existent. This is the third time in two years that this organization has connected us to someone offshore with waits for up to an hour to simply find out where our package is or why the package was damaged in shipment. We have been advised 5 times in 5 days that this latest package was coming on five different dates. I placed an order online on 12/4/20. I still had not received my order by 12/17/20. I called Bath and Body works customer service and they told me they were re-shipping my order and that it would arrive in 4-6 days. It never did. I called back on 12/28 and they said that the re-order placed on 12/17 never processed. They once again said they would re-ship my order and over night it. I wish I could give less stars. I wait all year for candle day and decided to try online instead of in store, due to pandemic and safety/health concerns. Still nothing. From 12/4/2020. Apparently, I am a victim of the LaserShip debacle, as well. After repeated complaints and messages to CEO and COO, I finally got a response from customer service.
