I have never shopped at this store yet I am repeatedly added to their email list. I constantly click "unsubscribe" and sometimes it works temporarily.. but I am always re-added. And they send so many emails. I talked to customer service and begged them to add me to a permanent removal list and they said they would. It worked for a month...and what do you know I am back on this list once again. I hate it so much.

Happy with the selection. Happy with the prices. But the checkout was absolutely HORRIBLE!I tried to checkout using PayPal, as I don't like putting my credit card number online. It threw me into an endless loop and kept bringing me back to the PayPal website and then back to B&BW, forcing me to finally use my credit card if I wanted the products. I'm NOT happy about this AT ALL.Someone seriously needs to fix this.The B&BW app is garbage and now it seems the website checkout is as well. I see lots of lost customers in their f... read more

I love Bath & Body Works website <https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/>, servicing **************. The company has proven numerous times they want 100% customer satisfaction from a delayed order to duplicating the order so I got one whole order free, and a package to a product was damaged not the product and sending me new wallflower refill. Communication is wonderful, and delivery is very good. I will continue to be a customer, and I love the sales they offer throughout the year. Daily promotions emails are nothing but a scam!Don't waste your time trying to buy that 75% off discounted items because you will get the message either - Sorry! This item is out of stock online and unavailable for pickup. Please check another store or remove the item before checkout or -You've reached the order limit for this item or our stock is low. Item(s) have not been added to cart.What a waste of time! why is your website not updating automatically and taking these items out unless if you are doing it intentionally?

I noticed how most all of the Bath & Body Works candles state "Made in ******" on the bottom, but when I spoke to several employees, none were even aware of this and one even stated that they are not made in ******. To date, I have only been able to confirm distribution warehouse addresses but no factories.

Ordered Online and received a shipping on confirmation on 6/22/2021. Never received a thing. Email Heard nothing back. FINALLY got through to customer service and my package was damaged and NEVER got a email which service agent confirmed! She was very NICE. However, informed only one my items was still in stock and that i could get a new stock but WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERNCE.
