I ordered online and had 3 days to pick up my order. The next day I get an email stating that part of my order was canceled. Who does that? They basically took my paid items out my bag and sold them to someone else. Horrible customer service when getting an resolution. I definitely wont be purchasing anything from this place again

I ordered "buy 3 get one free" items. I was sent 3 of the 4 items with the last item "hidden" from being left out as it just feel off my order forms & there was no additional shipping information or anything. So, I reached out, waited 3 days, nothing; reached out again, waited 3 days, nothing; tried calling couldnt get past the robot; tried the chat and after an absurd 45 minute wait I finally was able to get a human. I tried to contact customer service to help me with my gift card I got 3 different numbers to contact throughout 10 minutes of trying to figure out how I can get this order processed. Once this gift card is used used up Ill just be using ANY OTHER company but this one.*

I ordered car vent clips and scent pods. This is my first time. Sadly enough I was dissatisfied with the way it leaked from the clip down my center car. You can not get it wiped off, like it has left a burn in the leather. I have notice changes over the years, but this one is more damaging than all.

I placed my order through PayPal. After the funds were on hold (from PayPal), Bath and Body works cancelled my order because products were out of stock. The next day I called in to place my order and my address was entered incorrectly. I caught the mistake and called back in. The manager re did my order with the correct adress. Now I have a double order being shipped.. what do I do?

I've never had the issues with this company as I had this year. Missing products, late deliveries, and cancelled items on the date of delivery. But, today was the final one.I had placed an order in early December, and it was delivered in mid Dec. Today I received an email from *** and it was the duplicate order I'd already received. I ordered a gift card online for my friend for her birthday December 17th 2021. I payed for it and noticed that she hadn't received it so I called customer service line and the representative apologized that she hadn't received it and what she can do is resend it which could take ***** hours. I received 1 candle belonging to someone else via *** today. I called customer service and was told I'd receive 2 emails with my order details. I've only received 1 email and it doesnt match what I ordered. I paid $57 and some odd change for my order. I'm curious what's going on and I'm also concerned that my phone number and address may be on a packing slip, sent to the wrong address, as the one I received today in my box had someone else's info, including the last 4 of their credit card on it.
