I went to the Bath and Body Works at the ************* location in *******, **. I went there to take advantage of Bath and Bodys promotion for BOGO free on any 3-wick candles. I purchased a total of 4 large 3-wick candles along with smaller items. Each large candle was priced at $25.50. I got back to my car, looked at my receipt and noticed the the total discount stated $28.50 on the receipt. MY 3 WICK CANDLE BURN TOO FAST AND BY THE **** IT STARTS TO SMELL GOOD BLACK SMOKE STARTS TO COME OUT AND I NEED TOO TURN OFF. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE MY GLADE CANDLES ARE FOUR DOLLARS LAST LONGER. PERIODT!!!

This place is horrible I ordered still no package it says delivered but u don't have it. It just says delivered to my city and not my address. I call the company the operator doesn't care she says if u don't have it in 2 days calls us back we will re ship it .like I have waited long enough. I'll never order anything from this company again, customer service is garbage. I wish I never spent my money.be careful ordering from them .

No one has EVER asked me if I would like to join the rewards program! I spend an average of $600 per year at ***. This makes me very angry!!!

The first time is was a free lotion got cancelled that I successfully placed online order and pick up in local store at the ********* mall in **********. the email sent to me saying that the lotion was out of stock. But I went into this store same day, the exactly same lotion was there. The second time my buy3-get3 free body scrubs online order that I placed successfully online got canceled as well. I placed five different online gift orders recently for five different people. Tracking information followed a few days later when the orders were shipped with a projected delivery date. A few days after this tracking was now showing that the carrier was awaiting receipt of the orders! The orders had a *** tracking number that eventually started saying that the deliveries were now in progress. Finally, tracking was no longer being recognized as a valid number. At the **************** location, I was doing an exchange, which was fine, but then a coworker came to the register while the cashier was finalizing my transaction and then complained loudly about her mask, then lifted it down and started blowing hot air in my face. She could have had the decency to turn around to catch her breath. And then she just threw away my wallflower in the trash. She could have at least waited until I left to damage it or put in the back trash. Made me feel so stupid for exchanging a defective item

Placed an order on 8/21/2021. I did not receive an email regarding my shipping until 8/26/2021 stating my order was in progres. Then at 1 am, I receive an email that Newgistics was sorry they missed me & that they would try to deliver my package again. This time, the email had the tracking number. I tracked it & find out my package is now awaiting for ME to pick up at the post office. Apparently I made that request, which I did not. Confused now. Why would I pay shipping so that I can go pick up my package. Not sure why B&BW... read more
