How do I start this review? Oh I know!! Let's start by being stopped by a NY State Trooper. The trooper wanted to know who tinted my windows on my truck. I explained to the officer I purchased the truck this way. His reply "well it should never have been sold with the windows tinted like this, and how did they pass the inspection at the sale" The officer then advised me to go right to the car dealership. I took my 2012 Ford Escape for an oil change and inspection.I was told I needed an air filter. Not knowing much about cars I trusted Basil. When all was said and done, I now need my air conditioning system replaced. I tried several times to speak to a supervisor to explain my problem. Nobody ever answered the phone when I was transferred. I left several messages. I will never give one more second of my time to these people I was there 3 days ago and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! I am absolutely estactic that I did not purchase a vehicle from here! First I had contact with Jonathan he tells me over the phone you really need to come up here because you will get better deals and more off of something than the cyber deals! I was dreading the whole experience of buying a car but Mike Worthington did an excellent job reviewing different options with me, and helping me compare leasing to purchasing. I feel like I was treated fairly every step of the way and am very happy with my leased Ford Edge.

Leasing means your warranty covers 100 percent......leasing means and when they sell you on it, they sell you on the idea that everything is covered and that is a lie. Just drive your car, make your payments and we will take care of everything else.......So I went in for my paid maintenance on my vehicle and I was told that my signal was not working because of a chewed wire. Cut wire, or burnt wire is covered..... How do u prove this? I had to pay for 2 hours of labor.....So buyer beware, warranty leased cars do not mean you... read more
