VERY disappointed in the service. I was told 2 to 3 hours, I returned to pick up and it had not been touched. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that I had 4 to 5 hours of work that had to be done, and was treated like I was silly for expecting that my car be done. I left with my untouched car, and will not be back.
I bought a few cars from Basil Ford already and each time I have an extremely Great buying experience I would definitely recommend anybody to go there the sales staff is top notch and Jordan in financing knows his stuff I don't have enough words to tell you how well and how happy I am with the business that I have taken care of there I would definitely definitely go back I definitely would recommend anybody and everybody to at least go there and try it out thank you Basil Ford thank you
