Honestly. I hate writing reviews but I am tired of being taken advantage of. I've had a ford for two years and I have not once had a positive customer service experience yet. I have had problems to being charged for services that my warranty covers to them having my car longer than expected, inconveniencing me greatly. My last experience with ford I dropped my car off at 9am was told they would have my car ready by 4. Had a great experience! Mike Barbara put me in an amazing car and jumped through burning hoops to do so! Would recommend them to ANYONE!
I dropped my vehicle off an hour before close and was told it would be ready first thing in the morning. My husband picked it up about 4 pm the next day and had to wait at least 30 min. Staff was very pleasant and kind.
Bought my second Ford Escape. Love it....and the Salesman was awesome! Ask for Xavier....
I purchased a used vehicle less than a year ago. I called salesman about tires needing replacement but he couldn't be bothered calling back or walking over to the maintenence area where they were looking at the car. of course they tell me it's normal they can sell a car when th he tires are just shy of passing jnspection. tried to blame it on me.
