My daughter goes the college in buffalo and she had a car accident. We asked the tow truck driver where the closes ford place was with a collision shop, they suggested Basil ford. I drove there to see the car and they were not helpful. They did not keep me posted about the car and if the insurance people came, they told me that the car was fixable but the insurance said it is totaled. I always have great experiences at Basil. Leon got me my last three cars over the years. Today I came for just an oil change during a very busy time. Andrew in the service center was great! He was super professional and courteous!! It goes a long way when people go the extra step to be pleasant, patient and helpful. Jose is always great too. Basil Ford is a great dealership. Their sales and service staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Worst service ever. Quick lane? 6 hours they had my car and all I needed was 2 tires put on... Go to pick it up, I'm told they haven't even started the work yet! Was given a loaner car with no gas. 12 miles to empty! Never again...
