Just bought a used Subaru outback on Saturday. Sunday night (first time trying it out at night) noticed that the headlights didn't work. Considering that it was just inspected there is alarming. Also the center console power plugs are not operational either. I left a message that night, now it is Tuesday evening and have yet to hear anything back. Strongly considering contacting the BBB about it.

My wife and I would like to thank our salesmen Kyle best car buying experience we've ever had we have bought our last three cars from West Herr and there we just felt like another customer at basil we felt like family they wanted to sell the car so they made the deal happen so truly when you see the commercials basil just great deals they mean it
Had an appointment at 5:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later, my car was not pulled in - went back to ask and was advised that the techs pulled in another Escape instead of mine. They finally pulled in my car and worked on it. Ridiculous!! If your going to be open late, have more techs working!!!
I hate car shopping. Went to another dealer first. Had a very terrible experience. Then we went to Basil. Mariah Irish, Bill Bohn, and Don Brownell made the process quick and easy. I got the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted to be at. Love these guys!
