I would like to thank Basil Ford of Cheektowaga for all the help that they have given me through this stressful time. I purchased a car from Basil in January and it was hit while it was parked by a zip car rental and the car was not drivable. Zip car did nothing to help me but tell me it takes 72 hours to get a claim number and they could not help me until then. This Company is so HORRIBLE. They RAPE their customers for every little service they perform. It Crazy! Their $66 diagnostic fee, yeah they don't tell you whats it for. Turns out its for EACH and every problem you bring it in for AND THEY find on your vehicle. If your warrenty company doesn't cover it YOUR responible for it. They did $1100 worth of work on my car and raped me for the "Diagnostic fee". I've never had any issues. They take good care of me anytime I'm there.
This may come as a huge shocker but yes, my new car is again broken. First the AC Unit went, then the speedometer, the tire blow out now the shocks. Ford will not take the car back and Basil Ford is about as useful as a boil on my ass!!! Stay tuned, as always something else will fall apart on this new car.
