First off, credit where credit is due. John Patton is hands down, the best sales rep of any dealership, of any car company I have ever dealt with. I buy all my cars from Basil Ford & so does my family. We have never had any problems with them. Always get great deals.
Very bummed out after talking to a service tech representative. Turns out my truck needs over $3,000 worth of work and it is 5,000 miles outside of warranty :( Basil Ford said there is nothing that can be done on their end Truck was bought brand new from them in September 2011. The timing chain that it needs is a common issue in Ford F-150's there is even a TSB (technical service bulletin) out for the problem. I do not think I will be purchasing any more vehicles from Basil in the near future.
Had a great experience buying my first truck from the dealership. My salesman Josh Tojek was very helpful and genuine.

I like dealing with these people. Josh T is sharp as a tack and really knew his stuff when I was in there. A very comfortable and pleasant experience all around... and typically that's not the case at most dealerships.
