I am very satisfied with the services at basil ford. I put an inquiry into the Internet department about a used car and that same day I got a response back from deb fox who got me into the dealership the next day. John Patton showed me the car and I absolutely loved it. Jordan Keicher the finance manager made figuring out all of payments very easy. Thanks very much! I've never been happier with a vehicle or with the services to go along with it. I will definitely be coming back for all my future vehicles.

Talked into buying a Focus as my first car and I feel like a complete fool. This dealership is wrong for knowing about this car's transmission and selling it to a struggling college student. I hate the car and can't even do anything about it. Trying to get my life in order and half of my hard work goes towards unsafely accelerating after every single stop. They gave me the run around me and my daughter went to west herr and drove away with two nice suvs very pleased with west herr not at all pleased with basil
I had a breakdown yesterday caused by a recall part on a '10 fusion. I had called 4 other local dealer service departments, before talking with Jason at basil. The others told me about the same thing, they couldn't do the repair the car til at least next wednesday. Jason had it in and done in less than an hour. I recommend their service for all factory warranty and recall related repairs to anyone.
Everyone has been great!!! Just bought a 2014 escape from Nick. My family was so impressed, my parents are planning on coming back in the fall to buy another vehicle! Service was geat also!!! I plan on buying my next vehicle from Basil also!!! By far the best dealership I've ever dealt with (and I've worked for a couple of them!)
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They tell you one thing then do another. They told me I could make an over the phone payment with a credit card if I faxed a front and back copy of the credit card. This was done. After calling them to ensure they got it, I was told I'd need to fax a copy of a license and then have the amount approved by a manager. So, I just purchased a Ford Escape 2014, while my sales person wasn't the best I'm pleased with my purchase and my selection. This vehicle is EVERYWHERE....hundreds of owners can't all be wrong. It rides smooth and looks very luxurious. Love my new Ford Escape!
Failed inspection on our car due to steering issue. Service guy said he checked and too bad but it's not covered in our warranty, quotes well over 1k for repairs. Warranty company says they never received any inquiries into our coverage and that it is absolutely covered. I'm giving my business to small local businesses.
