Great costumer service! Wasn't sure what I was looking for. My salesman, Josh Tojek worked very well for me. He was very patient with me and my young daughter. Let me look and test drive anything I was interested in.
It was by far the best buying experience I ever had. My sales men Josh Tojek, went far and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with our sale. I got a beautiful F150 and I love it. No stress like other dealers I went to. I recommend basil to everyone and will go back there forever. Ask for Josh Tojek, you will love him and all the staff there.

Josh Tojek did a phenomenal job selling my parents their 2015 Mustang 5.0 premium. Not only did he save them a bunch of money, he got them top dollar for their trade. He was very personable and easy to talk to. We would recommend you go see Josh Tojek at basil ford any vehicle you are looking for.
The communication between the staff, my husband and myself was nonexistent. We were at an end-of-month deadline deciding whether to get my SUV fixed or purchase a newer vehicle and multiple attempts to contact anyone via phone calls or email resulted in no returns. it's as if Basil Ford couldn't be bothered with us. I have been a Ford owner for 50 years as my dad worked for Ford for 30-odd years and I have never been treated with the total avoidance as I have with this dealership.

Great experience - wasn't pressured and worked within the means we requested.
This dealership is receiving 1 star but that is far too generous. This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I spent several months getting the run around after they lost a device that belong's to me. They treated me as if it didn’t matter and they spoke to me as if I were lying and that it is my fault that the dealership does not communicate well between employees and management. I am so angry and appalled and I will never use them again, not that they care.
