I am driving my 5th vehicle from Basil Ford. I really like the features and accessories that are available and the ease of purchasing. The service department personnel are always on time with appointments and I never have to wait long. I will be returning to Basil Ford in the future!
Never ever ever again will I get a vehicle from this company. I brought it in after experiencing multiple issues over the course of a few weeks all relating to electrical problems. I dropped it off and three days later they still had no answers for me and advised I drive it and when it has a problem again bring it back because it wasn't acting up when they had it. I have 2 vehicles form the basil family of dealerships. Theybalway do a great job at a fair price for me.
Took my car there two weeks ago for problems with the heat. A 2011 Traverse which I bought there 3 years ago. They said they fixed the problem. I paid for the repairs out of my pocket as the warranty expired. Took my car back today for continued problems with the heat. They essentially told me they couldn't help me and I should take my car to a Chevrolet dealer. Very disappointing as I have now wasted both my days off from work and my hard earned money. However, the shuttle drivers were very polite.
This is my third vehicle in so many years from Basil Ford. Customer Service is over the top from the salesmen, finance managers, service and collision shops (unfortunately I know this). They are always insanely busy which is great for a dealership but if your looking for � % attention and you like to peruse and shop leisurely going during those busier times may not be for you-even with a scheduled appointment. But you are MORE than just a sale to these guys which is great! � all your service needs in one stop.
Great experience with Josh. Would definitely come here again, he was very helpful in finding the right car at the right price.

I am more then pleased with my decision on coming to Basil. Josh and Jordan are EXCELLENT! Josh listened to my wishes and wants in a car and Jordan worked his fingers to the bone to make sure everything was going good. All for me to love and drive my car away leaving tears behind. I am and will refer them both to any and everybody.
