Horrible communication and service.
I have to say they made it right when all was going wrong. I took my car in for a recall and a showroom detail. When I got there, they had no power. I was told the power would be back on by a certain time and not to worry. They took me to the truck center because they atleast had power while I waited for the shuttle to bring me home. Finally after waiting 2 hours for the shuttle the nice driver informed me that I needed to talk to the staff because he found out they would not be getting power back until 3pm. I recently had my car in for a transmission issue and they kept the car overnight and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn't find anything wrong. I am wondering why they needed it that long if they didn't have to replace any parts and I did have an appointment so its not like other cars were ahead of me. Also I noticed that in the time that they had the car they didn't even attempt to wash it. For the inconvience its the least that they could have done. I must admit these guys are great to deal with. From Chuck Jr buying the car to Jason in the service dept. Unlike other local dealers they were easy to deal with on pricing when I bought it new. They fix it not try to pawn off any service needed and hope I go away. One of only a few dealers I would buy from again. Even coming from Niagara Falls.
