We have had my fiancs ring replaced because diamonds keep falling out. They have inspected the ring multiple times and within the 6 months on the warranty I paid extra for. They never recorded the inspections. **** every time I go in with the ring they have me under 5 different profiles. It takes them forever to find where I purchased the ring. A quarter star is too much nice and sweet until this happened. I purchased my wedding ring in **** in December 21/21, I took it in for resizing to be redipped and inspection. Prior to them sending it off they inspected. My receipt shows warranty no chipped ********************* to be authentic. A month or so rolls by I haven't heard anything I call the ******* ** store and spoke with manager *****. 1 star is too high. I went to the Jared in ***************, IN. I walked in and none of the employees said a word to me. I figured they were busy so I went to check out some of the watches. They didnt look busy at all but I still waited until someone would help me. Im there a few minutes and then another customer comes in and hes greeted within a couple seconds and gets helped right away. Awful business. I turned my watch in to their store at ************************************************************. I was hoping to get my watch repaired and when returning to the store I was told that my watch was listed as unclaimed and that it would be corrected I returned to the store again after not being contacted and was told the problem would be corrected. Well unfortunately the problem still exists and no one has contacted me.

My boyfriend bought a beautiful ring from Kay Jewelers Aurora outlet, The ring has been a nightmare ever since. I was in icu fighting for my life from Covid and when I came home 4 weeks later he gave me this beautiful ring. Garbage employees and jewelry at your ************, ** location. The unprofessional, rude employee that helped me and my wife basically asked why we were too broke to afford a ring that she recommended that my wife never wanted, lied to us about their return policy and tried saying it was store credit only when we tried to return a ring they messed up, and insulted us on the engagement ring that I bought my wife that was hand crafted and 10x better looking than anything they had. Jared Jewelry/***************** as reliable!! I thought the company had a good reputation!! The customer service has been giving me the run around for my $$$!!! You have your items I need my $$$!!! I bought a ring less than a year ago and three of the diamonds have fallen out and been lost. I took it to the local jeweler and he said that whoever polished it before they sold it to me polished all of the points off and that probably most of the diamonds were going to fall out. It is very expensive to get points built and this ring has 100+ points at $22.00 each to repair. I got in touch with Jared customer service.
