I purchased a ring in **********, *****. I have pictures of the ring I was buying. When I went to the store 3days latter to pickup ring. The manager switched the 14k gold ring foe a 10k ring then forced a warranty on it that I said I did not want. I went to salesclerk because that is where Ive purchased rings for years. I have been rob by Kay Jewelers in ***********************************************************. My son made a purchase for my birthday on 6/20/21. I returned the item on 6/21/21 only to be told they couldn't give me cash back because they didn't have enough money in the store. Ok no worries we will mail you a check. On 6/25/2021 they claimed they mailed me a check that I never received. I have called back a few time only to keep getting disconnected. This store really needs to be closed down. BUYER BEWARE

I dropped off my watch for on 6/3/2021 for a new battery, as I had purchased the lifetime battery plan. They never mentioned that it would take almost 2 months for a battery. A month later I called to check on the watch. A few days later M***** called me and told me that it would be $281 to repair my watch. I asked her if she had the correct person, as I was supposed to be getting a free battery replacement. She confirmed that it was my watch and that "the repairs" would be that much. Absolute trash customer service. Refused to clean my fiancs ring (purchased there, along with her wedding bandthousands of dollars) the day before our wedding. Then lied to customer service when we three-way called with a corporate customer service specialist from *** about the whole ordeal. Do not EVER under any circumstance consider this store. Ever.

Jared company is really bad I bought two pieces of jewelry from them . I thought this was a good company. The ankle bracelet is a cheap peace very poor quality. I purchased the ring and bracelet in February of which wasnt delivered until the end of March the took the money at time of purchase .took almost 9 weeks sd it was because of COVID I didnt **** the bracelet until week ago of which it broke in four day . Kay Jewelers, ****************., *******, **I put a watch in to be repaired in Nov. A few months later I called about it. They said the repair shop closed for *****. Ok, I get it and understood. So a few weeks later, ***** an email to pick up my watch. I go to the store and the guy tells me that the watch wasnt fixed and he sent it back. I made 2 orders in one day and after they took my money they sent to me order was canceled and I was to get a refund . So for 3 to 8 dafs they hold 1000$ of my money DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I bought a watch at this place and they won't return it. It was pre-owned they never told me about it. They also altered it and won't return it because they're claiming it's altered when they had to have the watch fit my wrist. I was well within my 30 days on the receipt. I feel like it was a fraud I had the wrong SKU number than the original watch. I'll never shop here again don't recommend it for anybody else

Took a ring and 3 watches to Jared near my home. The location is the Locust Grove Store in Locust Grove, GA. They were able to send the ring off for repair and replace the battery in 2 of my watches. The 3rd watch needed to be sent off to have the battery replaced. Once it was returned, it was broken. The store sent it again for repair and here we are 60 days later and I don't have my watch.
