Kay jewelers is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I placed an order two weeks ago with 2-day shipping. It still has not shipped and when I asked customer service when I could expect it they said they have no idea and they would give me an update in another two weeks. Ridiculous! I then just said please cancel as that is just too long to wait for a response, only to be told the order cannot be canceled. We have had to have my wifes wedding sent back 3 times Within 4 years to replace missing diamonds it needs repaired again but We dont want to deal with kays anymore. The ring was over $1500 of junk. I have a titanium wedding band that was over $300 and it looks like someone sanded the shine off with sandpaper. Horrible quality! Do not buy from Kays.
Due to the pandemic my income dropped dramatically, nevertheless I maintained my payments. On my last payment the system automatically charged the minimum and left a $12 balance. I was charged $120 for finance fee because my account was no longer under the promotion. I called, messaged, pleaded for them to remove the charges because at this moment I truly cannot afford to pay anything additional. They refused.
