Zero stars if I could. We ordered a ring from http://zales.shopoutletssstore.com/It is very apparent now that this store is not associated with Zales and is posing as a distributor. We recieved the incorrect item and when we contacted them they said "it is a very good and nice item, please keep it because you don't want to pay to send it back to *****". I purchased 3 rings from zales.outletshopplaza.com. all items I received were incorrect and I received no response from the link emailed to me. I finally filed a complaint on the ***************** now sent 3 emails trying to convince me to keep, gift or sell as they are still "good and nice".The shipping was actually from ***** & in the responses they do not want the expense of shipping back. Well I asked for the district manager again and they refused to give me sherrills contact info. So now I have everything that can go wrong go wrong. The manager, and rep from the ******** store where I bought my wedding rings lied, messed up on the financial end. So now I'm over paying for a ring that I only just got today because they messed up and then refused to size my ring or refund it. I tried to refund my husband's ring because they kept messing up and then it wasn't resized correctly so it lost a gem. And then when t... read more

On June 9, 2022, I went to Kay Jewelers to have a diamond replaced in a ring that I did not purchase through Kay Jewelers. Upon entering the store and handing them my ring, I asked if this was something they could do and was told yes and quoted the cost for replacing one lost stone. I was asked if I'd like to purchase a new ring and participate in sales. I answered no and would only want to have the diamond replaced. After receiving the item I purchased I felt the items were beautiful and of course for the price $49 just seemed to good to be true. Well, after a couple of months wearing the jewelry it started turning a bronze color but, on the website itself states 14 k White gold NOT PLATED so, I am believing its real gold which should NOT turn colors??????? If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my ears pierced here in April 2022. Despite cleaning them exactly as directed and with their own store brand cleaner, my ears never healed properly. Their piercing technician appears to have damaged the tissue in my ears and I was forced to remove my piercings so they could heal. After contacting their customer service team, their resolution was for me to return the earrings within the 30 day return window.
