Two months in a row we have been charged for a late fee for payments sent online two weeks prior to due date. The first time Zales blamed it on our bank. We have never had that problem with any of our other bills. Our credit is 840!This time I say it is a scam! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I'm sticking with *******'s!
They are horrible about resolving their incorrect charges. On 11/10/22 I had a repair done and had to purchase another item of at least $300.00 to be able to take advantage of their discounts/special/etc., so I brought a item around $250.00. I get my bill and I'm charges $3,000.00 for some pearls that was not purchased! I've been calling and calling and their bank, Comenity said Zales must clear it out so they closed my dispute. On 2/14/2023 I went to the ******** ** store to buy weeding bands with my fiance. The store person whom I will not name here, opened my entire account to show my fiance everything and start going down item by item for some reason because every time I asked her a question she ignored me. so from having a happy day on Valentine's *** turned into questions about past orders.
