My husband bought me a pretty pricy bracelet from Jared for Xmas instead of going to a regular trusted local jeweler like he normally does. I took it back to have a link taken out ** it was a little too big. They wanted $300 to remove a link! Wth? I left there and took it to a local jeweler that did it for $20. Thats how OVERPRICED this place is. I still cannot believe how much they wanted to charge me! Shop around! Ask questions! And get it in writing! They arent loyal to their customers so be very skeptical and aware.

Purchased a necklace for my mothers birthday, as a gift from her granddaughters. During the transaction period the system appeared to have a possible glitch, my card was swiped stated approved but never changed screen for a receipt. The associate asked that I swipe again, I did ask will it charge me twice, in which she responded no because the other screen did not appear. I purchased an 800$ ring for my wife on 11/27/21 a stone fell out and we sent in for repair on 1/23/21 you guys kept ring until 1/29/21 and returned it "repaired" by *** today Feb 12 2022 we dropped ring off again for repair of same stone! My wife and I have been married 47 years and she's had the same wedding ring her whole life. We were in Kay Jewelry store in ****** ******* a year ago and they asked my wife if they could clean her ring. After cleaning it they said it was in terrible shape and the whole head needed to be replaced, so we said fix it. So 13 months later wife looked at her ring and the head and Diamond were missing. Took my engagement ring in on Jan 1st to have it resized. Was given a promise date of Jan 19,2022 but was told it should be back before then. I called on 01/19/2022 and was told it was in route so it should be there later on that afternoon or the next day (01/20/2022) so, I call on 01/20/2022 and was told it still isn't back. I was speaking with the manager and she proceeded to tell me that they could be having a delay due to weather, covid or just because they are backed up. Not only will the associates at the store lie to you, the products are poorly made. We purchased a mothers ring for Christmas as our mother was recently diagnosed with cancer. We went to the store to pick out a ring. We didnt have the exact size ring but we were told it would be sized for FREE after it was made. After it arrived (late), we went to pick it up. My fianc has purchased me two different rings from ****. My original engagement ring he picked for me was deemed defective after going back and forth to their shop for a month straight. My daughter paid 100.00 for me a small mothers ring. She also purchased the warranty. This ring is no more than a bubble gum machine ring. Im to ashamed to wear it out in public. Bought an expensive engagement ring through Jared and after 9 months it is falling apart and they will do nothing. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
