I do not recommend Zales at all. I dropped my ring off at the Rochester MN location for my rings to be sized down and new rhodium put on the rings When the ring arrived back late to the store the center diamond had been swapped out for a poor quality diamond with scratches, pitting and imperfections that are visible to the naked eye. they stated it needed to be sent back again for loose diamonds on the band and again they sent back a different center diamond. I would give 0 stars if I could not only has my wife been without a ring since April but they are not trying to honor the warranty I bought for the ring! They wont fix the ring that they still have!! And after months of my wife being without a ring that i warranted they only offered half of what I paid in store as store credit!! This whole establishment is a joke!!

Bought a pearl necklace online and picked up locally for an anniversary gift. Purchased May 19,2023 and given to wife on June 23, 2023 and chain broke immediately. Took to local store and they would not fix it with me buying the warranty. This was brand new. I will never ever buy anything again from Jared's or recommend to anyone. I guess they have plenty of business that they don't need mine anymore. A past customer longer I would leave a lower rating but this site wouldn't let me

Did a custom design at the Waldorf, MD location. This has been the biggest nightmare ever. I love getting new jewelry. Who knew my first experience at Jared would be so awful. No one knows what they are doing. I purchased a ring, not only do they have over $3000.00 and the ring is paid off. They have my ring as well. Getting a lawyer. Everything was done over the phone. My husband spent alot of money..Took all my jewelry in like clockwork.At December 2022 inspection they declined to honor my warranty for a ring they had to put a diamond in several times.
