Honestly, this is just bad business. I ordered my ring set on June 24 and it was supposed to be ready for pickup July 19th. Come to find out after that day passed, I had to call to get the UPS tracking number and discovered that it was “lost.” I have been trying consistently to get in contact with management and E-commerce regarding my reorder and the status. Shipped multi-diamond ring for repair took over a year. Diamonds replaced with grey glass. Repair not made. Wont provide paperwork including inspection the manager said he did day before pickup. Sounds like someone is running an inside scam on jewelry from my local store!

My boyfriend bought my engagement ring online from them and was told it could only be shipped to Vegas, NV. He drove all the way from Northridge to Vegas and when he got there the store only gave him the band. The ring came in a set and they told him they never had the ring even though he was fully charged for the set. Stop!!! Dont waste your money! BUT if you do and purchase warranty be sure you follow their warranty rules to a T!!! My husband purchased me an engagement ring from them and we failed to take it back to the store to have it checked within the specified time of 3 months and sure enough my one carat diamond fell out and it fell on me. Bought a pearl necklace online and picked up locally for an anniversary gift. Purchased May 19,2023 and given to wife on June 23, 2023 and chain broke immediately. Took to local store and they would not fix it with me buying the warranty. This was brand new. I will never ever buy anything again from Jared's or recommend to anyone. Did a custom design at the Waldorf, MD location. This has been the biggest nightmare ever. I love getting new jewelry. Who knew my first experience at Jared would be so awful. No one knows what they are doing. I purchased a ring, not only do they have over $3000.00 and the ring is paid off. They have my ring as well. Getting a lawyer. Everything was done over the phone. This company should be put out of business. I have been a member for probably ten years because I could not shut down the account. Paying twenty dollars a month for absolutely nothing. When I finally got smart enough to cancel the credit card they sent me to collections. Do not fall for this scam.
