Ring was purchased there for me as a gift. The diamond fell out and Jared fixed it, then the next time the diamond fell out again and they refused to fix it, even though there was lifetime insurance on it. Corporate office wouldnt even fix it. Both the store and corporate claimed they couldnt fix the ring because supposedly the diamond was glued into the ring. THEY DID IT! Worst company ever. I bought a warranty and my fiances ring fell in the disposal and is now gone. They told me rhat it doesn't cover lost or stolen. Shady company and they should be put out of business. I'll be contacting my lawyer.

Went in to get an heirloom ring sized. Was given the promise date of 8/30 which would have been before my wedding date. We called yesterday 9/5 to find out what’s going on. Finally got a phone call back today to let us know that the 100 year old ring we entrusted to you, was deemed a UPS loss. I would give zero stars if I could. Having an absolute miserable experience with Zales. I placed earlier this week but had to cancel it due to an incorrect billing address. I received an email stating the order was cancelled- Nothing else. Zales charged my card for that order and is saying the package was sent and delivered. The order was cancelled.... I purchased my Leo diamond engagement ring and wedding band set 10 years ago. I am unable to remove my ring and need it to be cut off and resized. I did the online chat to see what stores could provide this service. The chat rep instructed me to go to a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to have this done. I am an ER nurse.
