On 9/24/2023 my wife bought a wedding anniversary bracelet at Zales, ********************** for $310. I wore it daily for 1 month and the bracelet clasp broke I read the return policy from the original receipt and I was confident that I could get an exchange as the exchange policy did mention a 60-day exchange period.I spent 3 hr in the store trying to get a simple exchange. Bad service concerning shipping wrong item in one case, and item delivered to wrong address. Wont send full refund or send the correct item.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! This company charged my account after I canceled my subscription. I still had a set but was in the process of sending every single piece back. I reached out to customer service about the charge and they said they would refund my charge as soon as they received the jewelry. Then they preceded to take over $100 from my account. An unauthorized transaction! I reached out to them again to ask why they were trying to steal $100 from me. They said the transaction was a mistake and it didn't go... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Several years ago, I purchased a rope chain gold necklace at the Kay's in Evansville on Green River Rd. The tag on it said 14kt. Gold. The claps on the necklace broke and I thought I would just sell it for scrap gold. I took it to a gold buyer and the first thing he did was take a magnet and test the chain. If I could leave a zero for stars, I would. Lifetime warranty on a ring where the diamond fell out. Found the diamond and dropped off for repair. After FIVE weeks told that the ring was unrepairable, they werent giving me back my ring, and I could take the value of the ring from 20 years ago towards a new ring. Said no. Initially told there was no replacement, and after two weeks, they said they would have one made for a replacement. Overseas, wouldnt say where. Manager told me they were using my rings I OWN as down payment ... read more

I ordered two necklaces from ***.com on 10/4/23 to be delivered to my local store by 10/6/23. I called the store and they said they did not have the order. I called the online number and they said the store has the necklaces. I went to the store in person and they said they never received them. I called online services today 10/17/23 and they told me it could take up to 10 days to investigate. Meanwhile I have paid for 2 necklaces that I do not have.
