I would give them 0 stars if I could! This company charged my account after I canceled my subscription. I still had a set but was in the process of sending every single piece back. I reached out to customer service about the charge and they said they would refund my charge as soon as they received the jewelry. Then they preceded to take over $100 from my account. If I could leave zero stars I would. Several years ago, I purchased a rope chain gold necklace at the Kay's in Evansville on Green River Rd. The tag on it said 14kt. Gold. The claps on the necklace broke and I thought I would just sell it for scrap gold. I took it to a gold buyer and the first thing he did was take a magnet and test the chain. If I could leave a zero for stars, I would. Lifetime warranty on a ring where the diamond fell out. Found the diamond and dropped off for repair. After FIVE weeks told that the ring was unrepairable, they werent giving me back my ring, and I could take the value of the ring from 20 years ago towards a new ring. Said no. Initially told there was no replacement, and after two weeks, they said they would have one made for a replacement. Overseas, wouldnt say where. I ordered two necklaces from ***.com on 10/4/23 to be delivered to my local store by 10/6/23. I called the store and they said they did not have the order. I called the online number and they said the store has the necklaces. I went to the store in person and they said they never received them. Do not go to Jared, go to any place but them. My diamond engagement ring and wedding band is through them. After a few months of wearing the ring, I told them my diamond was loose, the big 2 carat diamond. They tightened the ring no problem, a month later my diamond fell out because it was loose once again, thankfully I found them diamond after searching my house for an hour. My husband bought a $1300 necklace for me as a gift for our wedding. The clasp on it was so small and easily got stuck. Most recently, the clasp got stuck on the pendant and the clasp had to be broken to get unstuck. We took it to Kay’s for them to send in to be fixed. I asked for a different clasp because of the extremely poor design of the one that it came with. They said they’d have to call me back with an estimate, fine whatever. They call about a week later and want $46 to replace a clasp that I can buy myself for $3!!!... read more
