Businesses that deal entirely online should not be so deceptive and shady when trying to cancel. The problem is is they hook you into a membership but if you cancel the membership you lose the monthly credits. So they were just essentially hoping to get least get $21 out of everyone which is so rude. The jewelry is not super quality either.

I purchased a watch from Jared while visiting a friend in Jacksonville, Florida. While in the store, I updated my name and address, since I recently got married. I waited for my bill and credit card, following said purchase but I never received it. Placed order 8/5. It was canceled the following day. Placed a new order on 8.6. As of today it still has not shipped. I got an email stating they were having issues sourcing it. I requested a cancellation. They declined. They were unable to provide a date that I should expect it to ship. No empathy. Just oh well. Sorry for ya. Terrible service overall.

About ready to sell my ring and buy from somewhere else. Bought my original wedding set 8 years ago. 3 years ago my diamond kept falling out of my engagement ring. I sent it off 4 times to be repairs and every single time it happened again. Finally the manager offered to get me a new ring which I did. Now my new ring has had to be repaired as well and when I send it off to be redipped and cleaned it never comes back completely done. Honestly, this is just bad business. I ordered my ring set on June 24 and it was supposed to be ready for pickup July 19th. Come to find out after that day passed, I had to call to get the UPS tracking number and discovered that it was “lost.” I have been trying consistently to get in contact with management and E-commerce regarding my reorder and the status. Shipped multi-diamond ring for repair took over a year. Diamonds replaced with grey glass. Repair not made. Wont provide paperwork including inspection the manager said he did day before pickup. Sounds like someone is running an inside scam on jewelry from my local store!

My boyfriend bought my engagement ring online from them and was told it could only be shipped to Vegas, NV. He drove all the way from Northridge to Vegas and when he got there the store only gave him the band. The ring came in a set and they told him they never had the ring even though he was fully charged for the set. When he called customer service they made it seem like it was our error and not worried about this missing ring. He had to drive back empty handed and the surprise was ruined. I ordered a class ring from the Zales website. It did not look like the image. This ring has cloudy diamonds, the stone in the middle is supposed to be green, and it's blackish green, the images on the side are barely recognizable, and the year in the middle is not gold. everything about this ring is subpar. When I called Customer Service, they said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay to get it redone again. I am very disappointed.
