Ring was purchased there for me as a gift. The diamond fell out and Jared fixed it, then the next time the diamond fell out again and they refused to fix it, even though there was lifetime insurance on it. Corporate office wouldnt even fix it. Both the store and corporate claimed they couldnt fix the ring because supposedly the diamond was glued into the ring. THEY DID IT! Worst company ever. I bought a warranty and my fiances ring fell in the disposal and is now gone. They told me rhat it doesn't cover lost or stolen. Shady company and they should be put out of business. I'll be contacting my lawyer.

Went in to get an heirloom ring sized. Was given the promise date of 8/30 which would have been before my wedding date. We called yesterday 9/5 to find out what’s going on. Finally got a phone call back today to let us know that the 100 year old ring we entrusted to you, was deemed a UPS loss. I purchased my Leo diamond engagement ring and wedding band set 10 years ago. I am unable to remove my ring and need it to be cut off and resized. I did the online chat to see what stores could provide this service. The chat rep instructed me to go to a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to have this done. I am an ER nurse. Businesses that deal entirely online should not be so deceptive and shady when trying to cancel. The problem is is they hook you into a membership but if you cancel the membership you lose the monthly credits. So they were just essentially hoping to get least get $21 out of everyone which is so rude. The jewelry is not super quality either.

I purchased a watch from Jared while visiting a friend in Jacksonville, Florida. While in the store, I updated my name and address, since I recently got married. I waited for my bill and credit card, following said purchase but I never received it. Placed order 8/5. It was canceled the following day. Placed a new order on 8.6. As of today it still has not shipped. I got an email stating they were having issues sourcing it. I requested a cancellation. They declined. They were unable to provide a date that I should expect it to ship. No empathy. Just oh well. Sorry for ya. Terrible service overall.
