Absolutely the worst customer service! ****** (who said she is the current store manager) was so incredibly rude. My husband and I went in to order a necklace for my birthday, while there they were having a sale on engagement rings/bands we decided to get another band for my wedding ring. We asked multiple times if this was the right band because my ring has a design on the sides and we wanted to make sure that it fit correctly. I had a horrible experience with a manager ***************************** at **** Jewelers in *********, **! She had a horrible attitude, she broke my earrings, didnt apologize then tried to say they were sent in defective. She even threatened to call the police on us!!!

Dont ever buy from *** unless you are interested in purchasing terrible quality items and receiving terrible customer service. I had a necklace that broke and did not have their warranty on it. I went in to get it repaired and paid the money which I understood and was fine with. When I went back to pick up the repaired chain it broke within 3 days. I returned and they told me they would make it right and did not charge me for an additional repair. They sent it back to be repaired again and it broke within 3 days a second tim... read more

Horrible customer service. Shady employees in the **** ********* ** store. They sent my ring out for repairs, my ring never made it back to me. They did replace it eventually after days of not wanting to tell me that my ring was lost. Anyways I want to upgrade my ring to a bigger stone they told me Im not allowed to ever upgrade this ring. Even though they were the ones who lost my initial ring. I have contacted the store manager. ******** care. Several times and I either get the run around or hung up on. Why buy ring insurance from Kay Jewelers? My fianc bought insurance for our engagement ring and now Kay Jewelers will not honor the insurance. A letter telling us to come into the store for a ring check up was never received by email or mail. A year and a half after receiving my ring I lose a diamond. Not only do not honor insurance that you pay extra on top of an expensive ring, theyre ring quality is obviously not the best quality. I thought rings are suppose to last 5+ years to a lifetime?

Terrible customer service!! Took my ring in to get cleaned and the lady handed it back to me with a diamond missing. They sent it in to get fixed and got it back 2 weeks later with a gap in the corner where the diamond was missing. When I took it back in a lady with black hair was extremely rude and told me Id have to wait 2 more weeks and didnt even listen to my concerns, she then tried to get me to buy something afterward (IVE WORKED IN SALES FOR YEARS AND THATS NOT HOW YOU GET A SALE!) . I had a custom pendant made by Jared Jewelers in ******, ** in March for $6500. The pendant was supposed to be same size as the Jared circle on the jewelry folder inside of the store, but it came back significantly smaller on 6/18/21 on 6/19/21 it was supposed to have been sent back to be reworked. Sent me a total different ring than I had chose. The band was suppose to be silver and I received yellow gold. Could have got a ring out of the ************* gum machine and it be better quality than this. This should not be allowed
