WAS SOLD A FAKE PRODUCT! My "sterling silver" ring changed colour but People's would not even allow an exchange. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. They were great at first. I brought my Mom necklace bought by my daughter for my birthday in for a cleaning & a repair. I had accidently broke my chain. I went to pick it up, paid for a warranty so I can keep bring it in for a cleaning & repair. Later realizing my charm was put threaded through the wrong loop. Leaving my charm backwards or sideways. I am writing to express that if I could give Kay Jewelers 0 stars, I would. My then fiancé purchased my engagement ring from the Kay Jewelers Outlet in ************* **, August 1, 2020 and the ring has either been resized or in repair more than it has been on my finger. As I am typing on March 10, 2021, I have not had my ring on my finger since January 12, 2021. The ring was deemed to be a best fit if it was resized from a 7 down to a 6. My ring has been in for repair 3 times in 6 months for missing stones. The customer service we have received from the lynnwood, WA location has never been a good experience. I have asked for the district manager’s email and was told they couldn’t give that out. I have called into corporate and got hung up on with the first agent helping. I called again and was told that they would reach out to the district manager and have her reach out to me in the next few days it has now been 3 weeks and still haven’t heard anything.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Really, really bad customer service from their online chat, to the customer service to the store. Ordered a special bracelet online to pick up in the store and it said it was in stock! Wrong! When I tried to cancel I got the biggest run around! Buyer Beware! You are better off going to your local family jeweler! It's worth it!
By far the worst and most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a business I purchased an item. My fiance purchased a gold necklace for my mother on December 23rd, 2020 for Christmas and my mother accidentally broke her necklace at the beginning of February 2021. They cancel orders with no reason given, once it is late on delivery you can be pretty sure they will cancel it no matter what the customer service tells you.
Smashed watch 5 months ago , constant lies told me now stating not repairable. Said will replace but still nothing. Never return calls. Always tell different lies. Terrible
If I could give 0 starts I would. I made an order for a necklace for my fiancé. It was due to the delivered by December 14th. After 3 conversations via phone and two via the online messaging app on the webpage over the course of a few days (all the way to the 18th of December), I was reassured the order would be shipped 'shortly'.
