They will charge you $ for your online order and if they don’t have it in stock they’ll refund you in 14-30 days. My wife had the same issues as me and she got her $ back immediately same day, but somehow I have to wait 14-30 days. For a wedding that’s happening sooner than 30 days, they’re scam artists.
I ordered a ring and 3 weeks later, the store still had not called me so I called them. The ring was sold to someone else and they did not have any clue and no one had even checked my order until I called. Mind you I payed cash when I went in and ordered it. Then they would not even work with me to resolve the wedding issue they now created.
It looks like , according to all these complaints I see on this site about the same thing...looks like this needs to be sent to the FBI or CIA (and I am the guy to do it, and I will...for all of you who have had the same issue) it may be an organized crime issue. I placed an order for a watch, they took my money and then canceled my order. I then called a rep (very nice woman named Mary) and we were on the phone for over an HOUR trying to figure out what was going on. She told me to place another order, so I didn't miss the sale (the only one available was over an hour away inside a store) and she would help me get it shipped to a closer store, so I did. Absolutely horrible customer service. I attempted to order a Pandora bracelet and charms online. I understand they were having a wonderful sale and items had the potential to go quickly, not a problem. However; I placed my order and not only did I receive an error that the items were not available, the double charged my card and then told me that it could take up to 10 days for the charges to fall off. Jared has repeatedly overcharged my credit card!! Order placed April 4, 2021 in the amount of $90.10 I Was NOT sent a confirmation number and there is no such order on my Jared account!! Its as if this is a "ghost order". Like it doesn't exist except my credit card was charged a total of THREE times for a grand total of $270.30! I would have canceled the order if the order had actually posted in my Jared account!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I sent my engamnet ring out from the Wilkes barre ,PA location to be repaied back in February 2021. I was told it would be back by March 13th. I called on the 14th to see where my ring was and I was told it had shipped back from the repair shop but there was no tracking number. I purchased a very expensive engagement ring and had nothing but problems. I have sent this ring back 3 times within a year after purchasing it. The first time one of the diamonds fell out on the side. I got the ring back after a month waiting to get it repaired to find more diamonds loose. I sent it back to get the center stone tighten and waited almost 2 months to then receive the ring back with still the center stone loose.
