Exceedingly filthy clinic, everything!! Nothing has ever been cleaned since they opened on Lake Pleasant Pkwy! No one cared puppy got her shots and we will never return to this classless disgusting clinic corporate should close this down!

they did surgery on my dog and then lost the tissue samples. It took 2 months for them to acknowledge what they have done and refused to refund me the charges after they said they would. They waited for 2 months to go when **** would not look into there negligence in order for a refund to be processed.******* the Hospital manager wanted us to sign a document stating if my dog developed cancer in the future they would not be responsible. Horrible service! Similar to an oil change at *********** they find so many health issues, insist on multiple blood tests, sonograms, ultra sounds (now $1,000 before treatment). If you purchase a puppy package, they refuse to spay pet until youve multiple enzyme tests ((knowing full well that the HeartGuard meds elevate enzyme ***************** of pet owners are unaware of this)). The Banfield name does not care about you or your pets. They are a business solely focused on money. I have been unable to receive any resolution to my concerns as you cannot speak to anyone at corporate- they refuse to take complaints and give the generic "cares" email address, stating all concerns must be dealt with at a local level. Banfield can kiss my ****. my pet was suspected to having cushings a year go but they didnt test for it until this past November. He got sick in December and I called them for days to get him in same day and they kept denying it. I was told the vet would call me and he never did. I called the vet hotline and they are useless. Very bad experience with Banfield concerning Trifexis and Simperica flea, tick and heartworm prevention. It appears Trifexis does not work when I travel to the country, my dogs became infested with fleas, constantly scratching, so when I returned to ******* I went to Banfield on ********************* here in ******* ** to see if I could get First Shield placed on them because it has worked in the past, well guess what, Banfield took it out of their hospitals and placed it online for 50 bucks w/o tax, so I asked what my next ... read more

I got sick from Covid-19 and missed two payments for the wellness plan. They canceled my plan and told me I had to pay the remaining balance and then sign up for a new plan and pay for the new plan. My old plan had 5 months left on it but they refused to work with me. Never again will I use this company. The corporate office is horrible and disgusted by their customer service.
