There isn't a no star option, but if there was that would be my rating. My old and diabetic cat requires insulin. Every time, every single time, I have my pharmacy send a fax to Banfield to fill the prescription there is an issue. Banfield doesn't get the fax, a doctor hasn't had a chance to review the request, the request went to a different location. If my cat wasn't near the end of his life I'd cancel his wellness plan and take his care elsewhere. I shouldn't have to call Banfield to ride them about filling a prescription... read more

As a business and puppy owner, I highly suggest that you find any other pet hospital to care for your pet(s). Kensington’s BF Pet Hospital suffers from poor management and lack of staff training; their primary goal is to get money out of your pocket, not to care for your pet. They will deceive and manipulate your appointment times in order to force you to pay out-of-pocket for services that should be covered by your pet plan. Oh I will be suing banfield I just got off the phone with cooperate who is absolutely no help. She told me I needed to email my complaint . They put me in collections for over $300 that I only found out about because I tried logging it out my online portal , to see if a location was available near me because they closed due to not having a vet. setup an appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago for pup. took the day off no pay to go over and have him seen. because I did not call in they canceled his appointment and I lost a day of wages. I called at ***** for my appointment at **** AND THE TOLD ME HIS SPOT WAS FILLED!!no apology , no remorse, they told me its a business.....I told them if they would have said this when i booked the appointment i would have called earlier.now i have to find someone else and lose a 2nd DAY OF WAGES!!this place and their employees ARE HORRIBLE!!

I had to cancel my account they have it one file that I did and have been charging me now they messed my credit up

My dog renewed his year contract on April 3 2021. He was put down May 4 2021. In that time he had 2 visits, a comprehensive exam and the second to take blood to see what was wrong. Nothing else, no vaccines, nothing. They simply looked him over and took blood ONCE! I paid for the a total of 4 months, until August when I stopped the payments. I've been paying my plan accordingly, I've been trying to get my dog vaccinated but I can't because they don't have vaccines or appointments, have been dealing with this for the last 6 months, I want to cancel the plan because they don't have the vaccines, so if I want to cancel I have to pay the complete year when is not my fault they don't have vaccines, appointments and my dog can't receive the propper service

They did put my dog in heart arrhythmia. Now he is deceased. They will not let me cancel my plan. Why would you let a consumer pay for a dog that does not Exist

Loved the technicians, they would greet my dog and pick up him and give him kisses. Everything was great. I was able to see VM and talk about my dogs health issues. 2. Was offered wellness plan cannot remember how much around $35.00 which I accepted. 3. Later, I upped (around $55.00) insurance offered by the *** 3.
