My credit card is debited monthly for the services that are part of the wellness program. However, I have not been able to access most services since 2020. When I tried to schedule services, there is usually a two months wait, including required vaccinations. The current calendar shows no availability until next year. I paid almost $1000 for 2020 and 2021 so far and cant access any services. I feel I should be refunded for the payments I made since the services covered under the program were not delivered.

After having to unfortunately put my sick cat down, I was continuously billed and scammed by the wellness plan company for services that the vet said should be voided. The customer service reps on the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the company showed no compassion for my circumstances. So not only did I lose my best friend, I am being charged for an entire year after only taking her to one appointment before she died.

This is the worst Vet experience that my spouse and I have ever had. We have been bringing our first dog to this place and no health issues seen on our dog for a year then decided to have my dog spayed. Schedule was made then when the time came for the operation the staff never told me that they would be closed for the following day and for thanksgiving giving day post op. I used to like them a lot - now I'm disgusted. I've called twice and got a VM that said they'd call back in an hour.....10 DAYS LATER, no call returned. Got on their website and soonest appt for my dog was 3 weeks out. I pay $45/month for their wellness plan and I can't get the courtesy of a return call. Now the plan offers "telehealth" for pets. They take your money and when an emergency happens they won't get them in. I had **** for my two dogs. One day they both got sick, not eating and diarrhea, I called the location I used and they told me they were booked for two months. I told them my dogs were sick and they told me not their problem and to try another location I tried all] the locations within 30 miles of my home, and they all said they were booked up two months. All they want is your money, they don't care about your pet if there is an emergency.

Avoid Banfield at all cost. You have to deal with the car salesman pitch for wellness plans at each visit just to make sure the company meets enrollment metrics. Also if you want a vet like ************ that makes racial slurs like colored people time when a person of color shows up late for their appointment. The company cares more about the number of pets than they do the actual care they receive. Figured Id share this here as well. Be very careful of the fine print on your wellness plan. We had been bringing our dog to Banfield for vet services for nearly 13 years. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our sweet dog.with Banfield euthanizing him. When I contacted Banfield a few days later to cancel his wellness plan, I was essentially told: sorry for your lossyou owe the remaining 11 months of your wellness plan. Banfield is not available to treat minor problems for weeks after they begin. If your pet is on a pet plan, they will tell you to go see another vet for a minor infection. Vets dont want to work for them because they are overworked.

Banfield is disinterested in quality and compassionate *** care. Their bottom line is the only priority. Their leadership is corrupt and indecent. On 8/21/20 our pet received his bi-annual comprehensive exam under the direction of ************ withheld for now].
