I dont have choices about prescriptions, they locked the patient to decide and taking the must affordable price, we have to take what they are giving very expensive, they charge you only to step in the place anyway I dont like it and I wish the ***** of ****** and pet inspection arrive soon to that place.. Dont waist your money, you can find better vet for your pet than this disgusting place..

As a result of using the Banfield wellness plan , the diabetes of my dog worsened to the point that he became blind, had to be hospitalized (resulting in $1k ****) and the teeth cleaning thats part of their plan (and the only reason it would be useful) was not possible to be performed.Their vets will try their best to charge you as much as possible.Due to this I decided I never wanted to use them again but I was stuck with the subscription. The vet and their staff misdiagnosed my new puppy with allergies when in reality she had mites that now have spread to her perfectly healthy brother as well as to BOTH MY FIANCE AND MYSELF. I called a week later to confirm and was denied another visit with any skin testing, was told it's just allergies and it will go away. Today three weeks after initial visit, my dogs were ignored for 3 hours when they were dropped off as emergencies, and we were told they could have EASILY diagnosed this FIRST VISIT without any of the rest... read more

I gave them my credit information TWICE in Dec. Tgey lost it TWICE. They won't look for it. They just keep asking for it again. Very unheloful; they don't care. I won't even talk anout lack of service from "staff"

If Id give a negative I would. First off, want a appointment? Itll take weeks before you pet is seen. Want to have a problem resolved? They wont do it because the Vets dont want to or they arent experienced enough to do it. My pet was family and Banfield gave me bad news and said sorry you have to find another vet. My Blaize died because of theyre failure to treat. And then, if your family member dies, you still have to pay off the insurance. Dont waste your time with Banfield. My Blaizes life was lost because of them.

Unprofessional. The vet didnt explain medication and when I asked the front desk girl she got annoyed. Very very bad business. Tried calling them back. They put me on hold for 35 minutes. Called back and they where closed.

I scheduled an appointment online for my dog for 2/18/2022 at 4:30 p.m. at the ********** Bansfield Pet Hospital location. Upon walking in I was not greeted by either worker in the front. When they finally acknowledged me, I told them them I had an appointment scheduled for my dog at 4:30 and she stated that wasn't possible because there were no more appointments that day and had an attitude and treated me as if I was lying. 0 Stars. Why would you make owners pay for deceased pets after they have passed? Banfield is not about pet health but all about $$.Shame on you.

I have 2 preventive plans for my senior dogs one already passed away. 1 x-ray comes with the preventive plan however when I asked for it I was told that I had to pay extra $100.00 also 1 dental cleaning comes with the plan however Banfield finds any excuse not to have it done. Since my dogs are seniors they kept sending me to a specialist to get medication. I decided to go to another vet and just with and x-ray and a blood test I was able to get medication for my dogs.
