I have had a wellness plan for 6 years and now hospital in ****** closed without any notification to me and I have told by the one in ********* called mercy hospital is unable to give me a appointment even though my dog is due a rabies shot until September and this is after several attempts to even get a person on the phone to respond. Horrible company.My dog recently passed away....however my billing certainly did not....they are continuing to **** through the end of the contract....not saying they are getting paid another dime, they are continuing to ****.This is the run down Wal Mart of vet care, do anything you can to go local....these guys are all about the cash and making sure they have a spot within Petsmart.....make no mistake about it, they do not care one bit about your pet.

We have had the wellness plan for several of our dogs over the years. I never felt I was saving money however I did feel more comfortable knowing they would be familiar with my dog. I tried to cancel the wellness plan since my beloved dog recently passed and was told I could not do this. Even though my dog is unable to receive any services or care from them I still must pay the monthly premrium for another 5 months. This is so totally rediculous and right out evil.. I have a monthly contract with Banfield, *******************, **. for almost 10 years and I took my English Bulldog for the yearly checkup on February 21, 2022. Within four days get got pnemonia and I had to take her to the 24 hour vet emergency services to be put in an oxygen chamber and receive antibiotics. On 3/3/2022 she went into cardiac arrest and I had to put her down after three days of treatment. Banfield Vet Coal Creek. We have cancled our membership. We are finding a new vet. But beyond that, I have to tell you how disappointed I am with Sonjas treatment recently. We have been in your facility every week for months and months. She knows every doctor, every tech, every person in that clinic, and every one of you know her. This place is just a chain that takes your money. They did not care for my dog, misdiagnosed her and sent her home with not only the wrong medication but also ***** fever. I am currently still waiting for a call back from them since Friday morning 02/25/22 at 9am. My dog almost bled out and died. Thankfully I was able to find a vet that got her on the right medications and saved her life.

Worst customer service, waste of money. I have called, emailed and dropped by to get help with my pup. They don't care. I have left on hold 42 mins ...twice. I even drove there, while I was still on hold. Two find them behind the counter talking. I show them my phone showing them I was still on hold. I've told by Banfield who i ***** per month to take my dog across the street to City VET.

Banfield Vet Hospital in ***** **, administered vaccines to my 7 year old health dog and she developed IMHA a red blood cell disorder in which she died 9 days later. We are heartbroken. They never followed up after she was hospitalized just gave false reassurance. Only responsibility they are taking is they did not educate or give informed consent or explain risks. They said they did nothing wrong and have not gotten back to me about the wellness plan I am paying for a dog they killed. She was there for a check up fours week... read more

DO NOT buy their wellness plan. I found out after YEARS of my dog being on it that if anything happens to your pet before the year ****, you are financially responsible for the remaining balance of the yearly plan. My dog passed away and she had just been there where we paid about $400 for out of pocket expenses. She unfortunately passed away a week after and I called to cancel her plan. They are asking me to pay $495 which is the remaining balance of her billing cycle. A total scam!
