This more so has to do with Banfield as a whole. I put my dog on a monthly plan to ensure his health. This gives me access to an app that is supposed to provide 24/7 help to a vet, in addition to covered services. My dog is now 2.5 years old. Both times I have tried to use the 24/7 vet support, it continues to ring and a vet does not come on. This company is a complete scam and ripoff! I took a stray cat in to them that I found at my door step one day that was sick and hungry to get checked out. Well all they did was somehow sign me up for a monthly program when I made clear I wanted to pay there and now cash only. They couldn't do anything that day told me come back Monday when vet is I'm so scheduled the cat for Monday. Went back had to drop her off for the whole day to do a health check. I called Banfield (*************************************************** ** *****) on 3/29/2022 to ask (front desk person *****) if ***** ever received a heartworm test. She said she didnt know so I called another Banfield location. The other Banfield told me the (******) location checked in my dog for a visit so she couldnt see my file. She had to call and tell them to close it out so she could see my pets file. Let me tell you about these insensitive idiots. After my pup unexpectedly passed away last month, I find out that I'm responsible for the actual cost of any service that she received while she was living. So, not only am I now still dealing with the loss of my pet, I now have an additional $200 ****. Do NOT use Banfield. EVER.

We had the worst experience at the **************** Banfield hospital on Saturday, March 26th. ******* is the rudest human I have ever experiences. This place has been a nightmare to deal with. They take your money and treat your fur babies like s*** I'd give them a negative review, if I could. ******* threated to fire us as a customer. Left my dog for a 9 hr test at banfield, She was not given any water in 9hrs, Won't be goin back there at all

Billing is horrible and no one will answer a question in the store or when you call.

Banfield has not made good on the promises about my service dog. I informed them that I would like to leave because I've had nothing but bad experiences with them for over two years now. I tried working with them. However, the service that I have received the last two years have been horrible. The young lady lied and gave me a hard time (won't cancel my contract). I been with Banfield for 8 years (my oldest dog) and it was ok until COVID. They no longer let you stay with your love pet. You have to leave them and they spend all day in a cage. They dont care about them thats for sure! Also you cannot speak face to face with the vet. They hide having the Covid excuse. If you have questions you need to talk to the front desk and they rely the msg which is not practical. Bottom line they are terrible and service is terrible. Def look somewhere else to take your pet.
