SCAM Charge for canceling when you pay monthly I havent took my dog since October and they charge me $55 Dollars a month and they still said I owed them $100 somehow
If i could take away stars I would. First of all, their wellness plan is a joke. You pay for a service you can not use. Every time you try to get your pet in, the excuse is they are full. They could care less about your pet. I was paying for a plan and still had to pay out of pocket and take my pet somewhere else. And their chat with a vet on their app is also a waste of time!! Horrible place. Beware. They steal your money on wellness and make you drop off your dog. Who knows what they do. I have had dogs for 50 years and never had to drop them off. My dog *** shakes for 3 days. Shame on you banfield. I pay $350 per year for abusive treatment. Done deal. Again be very careful of the fake wellness plan

Banfield staff expressed verbally that my wellness plan would be less expensive than the shots, neutering, checkups, and microchipping combined. They stated that the plan would be around $26 a month, but when I checked their website and my bank statements, they'd begun charging me nearly $60 a month (fluctuating, sometimes it's more like $80) for one cat whereas a friend who recommended the plan to me is being charged less than $50 for two cats... Banfield is a horrible organization, and they could care less about our fur babies. The wellness plan is a joke, and they are receiving these funds without providing the services/care for our fur babies. Overpriced, iver charged, and my dog never received the main service i wanted with her plan. Then to try to make me continue to pay for services i am no longer using and still try to justify their charging me for services i never even used

Disgusted with the vets at Banfield. Told me my dog has allergies prescribed two different medications, gave him shots (over $300), special shampoo, needed special food. Gave it sometime and Nothing worked. Called back left two vm's before even receiving a call back. Horrible company. Paid into it them for 15 years. When my dog died, they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my dogs passing. Instead, I received harassing emails and letters from them about "outstanding amounts" that my bank had deemed to be inappropriate payments. I would have cancelled Banfield years ago but was moving around a lot and wanted to keep my dog's records in one system. Terrible idea on my part.
