Terrible veterinary care. Negligent treatment of my dog. On two consecutive 6 month physicals the vet missed a tumor on my dog until I pointed it out. They merely did a needle biopsy and misdiagnosed it as benign! My dog has malignant cancer which went untreated and misdiagnosed until I found another vet. Now I owe them for 10 more months of there Wellness Plan. I was contacted and promised they would look into it. They never called me back. This place is a huge scam and the BBB should figure out a way to shut them down. My dog was dying, myself and the vets knew. I always had the pet insurance which I find out after isnt really an insurance its a wellness plan whatever that means. My dog dies not long after the renewal and then when I go to cancel they tell you that you have to pay out the year. Banfield was a good place when ******************* was there. Down hill since then. Most recently we took our aging cat in; losing weight and drooling. They sent ** home with *********************** We just sent him to the Rainbow Bridge with multiple sores and tumors in his mouth 2 weeks after his exam at Brentwood Banfield.

We have two dogs on their servive plan, Bingo and ******. We've been trying to cancel these services since they denied service for our dog, ******, which turned into $7600 in vet bills since we had to go to Med Vet. Still unable to get canceled and currently are on the phone trying to get canceled. Both plans renewed without our consent AFTER stating we no longer wish to continue with the services. Will not recommend if we're paying monthly for services to still end up paying $7600 for vet bills that Banfield wouldn't cover ... read more

Big time scamm. My dog dies. They have no idea what's wrong. They say the blood tests was normal.i call to cancel the membership., they say it's a 1 year commitment. They keep charging x the rest of the year after 1st month renewal.. this is like you die and have to keep paying insurance. They say they charge x the care provided 700 us dollars. What care?

If there is only **** stars I would do it. My feline was forced and was given an overdose and fast IV push resulting to death under anesthesia. Besides on how horrible they treat your pet after you leave them by themselves there.As in owner, it was traumatizing and I even suffer form psychological depression after and failed my board exam due to stress. My dog was dying from Cushings. Vet didn't have a clue. Resorted to second opinion, condition diagnosed immediately!

This business is the worst it's all about money they encourage you get the wellness program but you cannot cancel it for a whole year and they make it difficult you have to call the corporate office to be able to cancel it number two you cannot sit there and wait for your pet you cannot go in while the examining your pet uni could drop off your pet and come back later which means your pet will be in a cage number three I had the wellness program playing $70 a month when I took my pet in for General checkup I still had to pay... read more
