Do not go to the Banfield in ****************** . They **** . I had an appointment at 3pm and been here since 2:45pm & at 4:23 they just now taking him back to get his vaccinations . Highly dont recommend bringing your pet here . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Do not care about your pet. Schedule your pet incorrectly and then tell you that you will have to reschedule. Front desk people have NO idea what they are doing.

They are, in a word, a total rip off and should be barred from doing business in this industry. In the fine print of the Wellness plan contract, they say you can't cancel because the services you receive under the Plan are "discounted" and the retail value must be paid in full if your pet dies when you request to cancel or you can just continue paying for your dead pet until the 12 month contract is up. I had a 500 procedure done on my dog at the Banfield pet Hospital in ************* ** on Saturday for a hematoma on her ear buy the time i picked her up the price had change 3 times on me from 157 to 348 to 430 when i picked her up then on top of it they told me her ear needs to stay wrapped which it had fallen out of twice before we even left and they just fixed it with the wrap she had on they did not take it off and place a new wrap on her ear before we left the office they did not tell me about a no flap ear warp that i ... read more

If I could give it zero starts I would. The wellness plan I had for my 2 dogs was good for the first 2 years when my dogs only needed monthly pills and vaccines. If you need an appointment for anything that can't wait 2 months go somewhere else. I paid monthly (I was paying $150/month for 2 dogs) and wasn't able to get an appointment EVERY single time I needed onel They would not have appointments for months at the 5 locations near me, yet they still charged me every month. Banfield Hospital sold us ************* (yes, that's what their staff called it) that is not actually pet insurance and we are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the fact that in order to cancel the "insurance" we are asked to pay the remaining annual "premiums". Basically purchasers of their "*************" are prepaying costs of pet care services for a 12 month period. The monthly fees they quote in their ads are misleading. The ***** ** Has a practice that is HORRIBLE. The practice manager, *******, is a jerk. Over the past year, *** called him SEVEN TIMES and HE NEV** HAS CALLED ME BACK. My elderly dog has a terrible UTI. The first time she had a UTI earlier this year, the incompetency of Dr. ***** and ******************, my poor dog had a UTI for two months.
